Deadline to submit team intro slide, one (1) practice match for review by referee and optional recording of Innovation Project presentation

Saturday, January 29

Resolve any issues with recording, based on written feedback received from referee, to improve ease of scoring

Sunday, January 30 - Monday, January 31

Submit three (3) official matches, recorded within a 6-hour window of your choosing (time-stamped, if possible), for scoring by referees

Wednesday, February 2

Teams meet virtually with judges for one (1) 30-minute judging session and one (1) 15-minute score review session between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Saturday, February 5

Teams watch broadcast of Team Showcase, including opening ceremonies, match footage with live commentary, project presentations & awards ceremonies
